It's wierd but both sets of my grandparents did it. Both born in brum in the early 1900s or late 1800s in my grandads case.
They both reckoned it was a bit of a Birmingham thing but I don't know.
My traditional chrimbo day breakfast is a piece of christmas cake, a mince pie, cup of tea and a tot of malt whisky.

Ours was more picking of the jelly on a pork pie with Tunna the one eared ginger Tom from Bilston whilst shouting "they're greeeaaatt cocka"

Always have a full English Xmas eve.
Xmas day normally have whatever breakfast the kids choose so something like pop tarts usually !
Sausage Rolls with English mustard cup of tea with a tot of whiskey in it.
