There's posher places round st.pauls square too. Lasan and another place that's name escapes me. Rajdoot maybe?
Rajanager on Lyndon road, Sheldon/Solihull border very nice too.
Some good desi pubs if that'll do, hen and chickens constitution hill and the merimaid by the old car auctions are decent.

Balti triangle isn’t great. There’s barely any left on the Ladypool Road any more.
We are coming in from Leicester direction, we'll be nice and early so anywhere fairly central should be ok, I've heard that balti triangle is not so good these days
Don't do the newly relocated Keg & Grill, awful service there just before Christmas.
Food was fine (what eventually turned up).
I'd suggest the Old Moseley Arms on Tindal St in Balsall Heath. Great beer and brilliant curry in an old school pub.
Best pub in Brum in my opinion.
The Balti Triangle is virtually no more i would say, only a handful of curry houses left on Ladypool
and parking not great around there
Personally, I use the Covered Wagon on Yardley wood rd ( Desi pub) but have heard good reports about
the MerryMaid which is closer to ground
There are loads on here more qualified to tell you where to go
