A lot of people on this thread singing the praises of Leicester but it’s a different style of food. I had a family thing tonight so missed going down the match but it involved a curry at Mahfil on kings Norton Green and it’s better than anything I had in my 3 years living in Leicester.
Best restaurant in that city is Barcelonetta a tapas place in Clarendon Park. Best Spanish food outside of Spain. That’s if it’s still open because it’s 12 years since I lived there.
