…financially of WR, AC & JOS ?
Do managers contracts have any sort of probation period or KPIs under which we can get rid within certain timescales or due to lack of performance like normal jobs, or is it simply buy out the remaining ?
Id like to think the cost of relegation outweighs the cost of sacking these clowns.
Managers definitely have performance break clauses where they don’t get a payout if certain targets aren’t reached - remember reading that Nuno had one at Spurs
Whether our CEO put one in his mates contract, who knows?

Not disputing that nate in the slightest but was curious whether anyone actually knows where typically included in the wording and any get outs

You know for sure Cook wrote his contract?

You’ll never know, these things are really guarded. No one actually knows for sure even how much they’re on, so every thing you see is based on one assumption or another.

Surely he's got to go after that Dan? Even as someone who tried to back Rooney throughout, the last 3 games were absolutely woeful, nothing to suggest we'd win any of them. He can't survive this if Knighthead are serious about their ambitions for us
I would estimate around £8-10m for the lot of them to go.
If Rooney is on £800k per year (similar to DC wage) then the other 2 plus other back room staff

No chance it’s that high.
BTW - if a break clause for not hitting certain milestones / targets WASN'T included into the contract of a manager who has done nothing but fail in his career so far, and that ends of costing us millions of pound, serious questions need to be asked of the CEO.

Who other than the CEO would have arranged this deal?

..totally agree although I very much doubt Cook writes the contract but certainly would have input surely

Do you honestly believe Wagner and co would allow a situation similar to Dong happen where the CEO has that much power and sway?

Honestly Dan, the longer Wagner and co allow this debacle to continue, the quicker their goodwill is going to fade with the fans.
They can make the ground look great all they want. Refusing to save the season while they still can will see the fans turn on the owners before January is out, never mind Rooney.
