However I can't get the other reserved tickets for members of the group.
Your ticket should be saved in the icon to the left of the basket. A head and shoulders outline with a red dot on it

Try changing browser. Mine was there in Chrome.

Thanks. Just gone to my "network" and requested I can manage his tickets. Not sure if that will make a difference. Just need him to Ok it when he comes back from school
