Not a medal no. A reply to one of a dozen emails over a serious matter would suffice. The guy is either weak, rude, incompetent or a combination of all three. Thanks for your input though.
Obviously i don't know the nature, seriousness or validity of why you were trying to contact him - but after, say, 4 unanswered emails did you not consider contacting someone else ?
