There's a huge difference in what has been said and how it's been handled. He's not throwing anyone under the bus.

He used "the left back" as an example of what he wants us to do going forwards. He used Dembele (in this article) as an example of someone he spoke to and got a response from against Swansea.

That's fairly obvious.

I would almost guarantee that if we lose the next 3 games fans would interpret this completely differently.
