Been meaning to get some Buldak sauces too.
The most useful thread I've known on SHA was a Christmas cheese thread. Someone posted a beautiful selection including tallagio, worcs gold, cornish yarg etc.
I'm gonna expect these recommendations to be a good as that. 😃 nice one
Prompted by this excellent thread, I’ve just made my own garlic Sriracha sauce this afternoon. Using ‘facing heaven’ chillies 🌶️
Black Garlic Ketchup by Halen Mon. Best with steak but cant get enough myself.

Abuhave Buldak sauce or a Buldak noodle product almost every day. No one sticks the curry noodle anymore in UAE, which is disappointing.
Big fan of buldak here, obvs put the whole sachet of sauce in too. It’s just quick and convenient, so I’ve normally got lots of that and Shin Ramyun in.

Santa brought me a bottle of Tropical Sun Carolina Reaper chili sauce for Xmas 2023. It’s still in use because any more than three drops, literally, makes anything uneatable.
Not inedible, just physically unable to eat whatever you’ve put it on. And I can do spicy.
Never had anything like it, and won’t be asking for it again 🥵. It’s probably well out of date now, but it’s not going to beat me.

I'll throw quite a few drops of Tabasco sauce in a madras I'm cooking along with marmite and Worcestershire sauce and a oxo cube. I love Worcestershire sauce in tomato juice and lots of it.
I'm going to have a good look at the sauce aisles next time in in Sainsbury's.
