It could mate. I just know it’s not Marsch and that we have today met with Mowbray, Rowett & Heckingbottom.
As Mayor said - nobody really knows anything concrete other than the little snippets on the grapevine.
That doesn’t rule Carsley out - he might have met them previously/subsequently.

Nothing against carsley, especially as he was an ex blues player, but I feel appointing him would be similar to Rooney. Another manager unproven and inexperienced, and I feel managing England u21s is completely different to managing a lower half championship team. Even if it’s not in the wider ambitions, we need a solid championship manager now like Mowbray.

Just read a couple of articles on Carsley that made me warm to him a bit. When he first coached his plan was to do well at Coventry then come to Blues and get us promoted….and he takes his nipper to watch Blues sometimes.
