Get in. Is this for real?

For the city as well as the club.

Massive respect to Tom Wagner and Co if this is true. It may not come to fruition in my lifetime but this sort of development and job creation is massively welcome in the area many of us grew up. It offers the city and its residents far far more than warehousing or units ever could. Hopefully the council and future governments get other transport and infrastructure going alongside it. For to long this city has not been given the goverment support it should have.
