No chance …. They have proven time and time again that they don’t have the discipline to bat long
Yea, funny how Bazball was amazing on day 2 but awful on day 3
These guys collapsing is nothing new, and its happening again now
Lack of 'Moral Fibre' they used to call it.
Whats happened to that big Tit Archer?.
He has an injury that the longer it goes on looks like it might end his career - not sure that makes him a ‘big tit’, just very unlucky.

Bazball absolutely load of b*ll*x when playing against good Test Country sides. IMHO Blues will be in the Premiership before England become a great test side again….

I think England are a very good test side now. I’d prefer them to keep doing what they’re doing. It’s largely working. This is a bad day but that happens.
we have less bad days now than we did before Stokes/McCullum
If we can chase these down it will be one of the greatest Bazball victories. In Foakes and Hartley we trust.

Love it!

Apart from beating Australia without the heavens opening in Manchester
Whitewashing Pakistan in their back garden
Beating South Africa at home
Whitewashing New Zealand at home
Earning a draw with India at home
But yeah, it’s dogshit because we’re losing to India in India. How shit must you be to lose there?
Barbs key is exactly the same about Blues when it is going badly. Utterly clueless about cricket too.

People have also very quickly forgotten just how bad we were before McCullum and Stokes were appointed.
The team has won 14 out of 22 tests and been involved in some of the greatest test matches played.
When it goes wrong it does go wrong in style but that is the risk/reward of playing this way with the players we have.
The one slight negative for me is that Joe Root is almost trying too hard to be something he isn’t - he has always scored quickly anyway without trying to scoop Bumrah 😂
And it also helps if you win the toss in India.
This essentially.
We are very good side and have had some great results. People need to relax
The over reaction to teams losing sporting contests has got worse hasn't it?
England won the 1st Test on a sharp turning pitch. It proved to be a great leveller
India are not daft. For the 2nd and 3rd tests they produced less spicy pitches and England have been well beaten. It has exposed the rift between each set of spinners
You also have to say the sheer depth of batting talent in India right now is mind boggling. Like the Australians in the 1990's India now could have three sides who would compete very well at test level
Definitely no need for overreaction but have to remember we were winning test series at home the vast majority of the time before Stokes and McCullum anyway admittedly with players that came through the excellent county championship system we had around the 2010-2015 mark
