My top five artists this year were:

1- People Under The Stairs
2- Purple Disco Machine
3- Little Brother
4- Petit Biscuit
5- The Streets

I'm in the top 0.05% of global listeners for People Under The Stairs!

My total listening was 60,155 minutes- 41 days none stop. That feels excessive but shows what value for money £10 a month is.

Top songs:

1- Acid Raindrops- People Under The Stairs
2- Fireworks- Purple Disco Machine
3- Age of Consent- New Order
4- Mr Blue Sky- ELO
5- I Like It- Grand Puba

I went a bit bonkers with Mr Blue Sky during pre-season ha. Petit Biscuit is in there purely for zoning out work music.

Do enjoy my mellow hip hop. Think this is my first time in years that Outkast haven't been on there, they're my travelling artist and I've not been abroad nearly as much with work this year.

Consistently correct.

2. Olivia Rodrigo
3. The Strokes
4. Radiohead
5. Rolling Stones

Evidently it's not just me using the Spotify account in my house. Though I must admit, I do like 'Vampire' by Olivia Rodrigo. And I got a nice video message with a kiss from Taylor!

Lovely stuff.

Mine was littered with "Pink noise for sleeping babies" and "We Don't Talk About Bruno" this year too.

The struggle is real...

Think I'm the only person on earth with Taylor Swift and Winston Reedy in my top 5 though.

I still pay for Spotify but donā€™t really use it anymore, Iā€™ve e been arsing about flitting between Tidal, Deezer, Qobuz, Apple Music and Amazon Music. Currently using Amazon; if it did an unwrapped thingy my top artist would undoubtedly be Mathew Halsall.

For what itā€™s worth my top album on Spotify is the soundtrack to the film Sweet Thing, which doesnā€™t seem to be available on other streaming services.
