Can he be recalled and sold?

It's been talked about for about a month.
I cannot see Fulham selling him unless it's well into the right figures.
Not sure if it’s related but Scarlett from Ipswich has gone back to Spurs.
With all the talk about it I’d assume he can and probably will be recalled.
Ipswich and Sunderland don’t have the money to pay what Fulham would want though, could definitely see him going on loan to one of them though.
WHy would he move to another club in the same division on loan?
Because we’re shit and they want him to play in a better team to help him develop/increase his value.
Because we lose most games and Ipswich win most of theirs, they've scored 48 goals to our 30. Not a hard decision
He chose us over Sunderland because it's too far from his family in Devon. Ipswich isn't an easy place to get to either. He'll stay.

Or he gets less minutes than us in view of the form of the Ipswich players currently in that position. Clubs want their players to play
If all three parties have to agree to the recall then eff it, just say no.
It's not like we're going to need the goodwill of Fulham very often is it?
Him going back could literally relegate us. Don't let it happen.
Because both teams can actually play football and will be better suited to him.
