It’s that 70 minutes when he is on in which we score goals. When Burke or Juke come on to replace him then that’s the end of that. Tyler Roberts and Anderson will give us better options if they stay fit.

Pretty sure it's been well documented we can't spend much at all cause of FFP, we can finally splash the cash come June though.

IF we did lose Stansfield and didn't sign a decent replacement then we really could be in deep trouble.

We can't splash the cash in January but can't be sure we don't have money to play with. Weren't we looking at strikers towards the end of the summer window and we don't know how well we've done commercially.

It's far from cut and dry that there is no money in January.

Every time Stansfield gets subbed off and we bring either Juke or Burke on that’s pretty much our chances of scoring screwed. Tyler Roberts isn’t an out and out striker and if he doesn’t get injured again it’s just got to be considered as a bonus rather than relying on it.

Burke - 18 apps, 0 goals, 0 assists.

Great signing that Eustace.

They tried to spend the best part of £2m on Sory Kaba and didn't, so there's money theoretically to spend.

The challenge may be convincing one to come.

He had a shot on target Tuesday, it’s a long term project..

Getting Burke in always felt like a last minute desperation signing to fill a gap and indeed it hasn’t been a success.

Yeah, as far as I’ve seen we have a bit of money to play with in January but not much as we still need to skirt the P&S lines.

The summer sounds like they are going to spend a lot more.
Tell you what that crack is really moreish.

I don’t think he can play 90 minutes. I think he gets taken off cos he’s knackered. [/quote]

Its amazing how many players cant manage 90 mins, or are injured when you are losing games and on the slide

Apart from the tiny little fact that Eustace didnt sign him. or it if he did he also gets the credit for Laird, Buchanan, Stansfield, Dembele, Miyoshi Drameh, & Anderson. Who werent doing to bad after 11 games.

But lets not let facts get in the way of your personal agenda

If all three parties have to agree to the recall then eff it, just say no.

It's not like we're going to need the goodwill of Fulham very often is it?

Him going back could literally relegate us. Don't let it happen.

if they've got a clause to recall him, which sounds likely, we don't need to agree, Stansfield would be the only one who can say no

Take a step back and think for a second.

If Stansfield was recalled, we’d almost certainly get a pro rated refund on the loan fee paid as we’ve only had him for half a season. Plus, we’d have the money we would have spent on his wages to spend on someone else.

In other words, take a deep breath and don’t stress. What will be, will be.

Also, I’d rather we didn’t start waving our cocks in the press advertising a (hypothetical) £3m January budget, then waiting to have our pants pulled down other clubs.
