As mentioned earlier in the thread. It’s been a while since I’ve been this invested in hanging on for a few minutes. Been some really good stuff tonight and really hope this could boost us. And get him to keep playing Sunjic who is so good at breaking up play and getting us on the front foot.

Sort of agree, but understand Juke from a defensive set piece point of view this late too.

He's made us more solid and given us more shape.

If he can hold his hands up and be pragmatic until the summer when he gets the players he needs I think we can live with it.

We may not even win this yet but I've seen enough tonight to tell me we can pick up points if we set up properly.

We knew that anyway under the previous manager but it's good to see it under Rooney.

Yeah agreed. Though the big chance didn't fall to a striker, it fell to a centre half.

Throwing away this game would be down to not being clinical, for the first time under Rooney I'd agree with that.
